Wildflower Orchard is a development of 9 detached 3&4 bedroom houses. With a complicated drainage strategy and difficult building conditions to deal with, alongside rapidly rising costs, The team at target delivered the build on this fantastic site.

ICW are our structural warranty and building control providers. In early 2023 we were told that our site had been shortlisted for an award, working alongside our sister company Spartan Homes (developer),  out of over 130 developments in the south west uk, from 1-50 units. Early 2024 we were overjoyed to find out that we had in fact won this award.
