At Target, we excel in construction activities. Commercial conversion works are great, as we have a building shell to work from on day one. Its exciting to bring back, often run down tired buildings back with a splash of design and thoughtful planning. It can transform an area and often provide homes from an old disused building that is crying out for use.

Alongside commercial conversions sites are refurbishment works, basically the same activity, only real difference being that refurbishments are not strictly set in the commercial environment. It could be an old farm, a barn or even a run down residential property needing life brought back to its grounds.

We do enjoy this type of works, as Target has sister companies that specialise in these, meaning we have knowledge on both sides as somebody who actually does it start to finish, from conception of though through to completion and sign off. This covers the developer role and the contracting role.
